Hybrid predictive dialers

Hybrid predictive dialers are soft dialers based on a hosted VoIP service for calls. A hybrid dialer connects to a VOIP service provider through internet connections, not to an existing PBX system, like soft dialers do.

The advantages of a Hybrid Predictive Dialer are a combination of:

  • all the advantages offered by soft dialers;
  • all the advantages offered by hosted dialers.H

Hybrid Predictive Dialers have such disadvantages, as:

  • lower call-processing capacity;
  • dependence on an internet connection.
