The Hosted Predictive Dialer is also known as Virtual Predictive Dialer, Web-enabled Predictive Dialer, VoIP Predictive Dialer. It is delivered using the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. A Hosted Predictive Dialer offers the advantages of automated dialing without requiring companies to invest in expensive equipment. The only requirement for a company to take advantage of a Hosted Predicted Dialer is an Internet-connected computer and a telephone line for each agent.
